Todd Wurschmidt: ASAE Member

Todd Wurschmidt is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), having earned this professional designation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

The ASAE represents more than 23,000 association executives and industry partners, representing 10,000 organizations. ASAE members manage leading trade associations, individual membership societies and voluntary organizations across the United States and in nearly fifty countries around the world. ASAE is the premier source of learning, knowledge and future-oriented research for the association and nonprofit profession, and provides resources, education, ideas and advocacy to enhance the power and performance of the association and nonprofit community.

Todd Wurschmidt is also a Committee member of APAC, an affiliated Political Action Committee of ASAE.

As a fundraising specialist, Todd Wurschmidt has involved countless business leaders, including CEOs of Fortune 500 Companies, in the philanthropic mission. He secured $21 million in grant funding in the technology arena, permitting the design and implementation of the largest statewide information- sharing network in the United States. The network involved over 750 public safety agencies and 45 private vendor companies.

Among his many other professional achievements, Todd Wurschmidt has identified and grown diverse non-dues revenues, including a twenty-fold expansion in gross revenues. He has secured corporate, community, state and federal grants; developed lucrative product and consulting services; initiated ongoing annual campaign fund drives; and secured special needs and planned gifts.

Todd Wurschmidt received his education at The Ohio State University. He is proud to be a part of the Buckeye tradition, and continues to reap the benefits of a high-quality OSU education.
